has worked as an engineer for the Utah Division of Water Resources for 25 years. Much of that time was spent on the planning, development and construction of water resource projects throughout the state. He also worked in the Division’s planning programs which included production of the state water plan, data collection programs, water conservation and education and special studies and reports. Eric was appointed by the director of the Division in November 2013. He is a civil engineer by training, with both BSCE and MSCE degrees from Brigham Young University and is a registered professional engineer in Utah.  Eric and his family live in Bountiful. He enjoys music, biking, hiking, and woodworking.
