He has worked in resource management at several other NPS units including the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park and has a combined 9 years of public and private sector experience. Prior to working with the National Park Service (NPS), Chris worked in the private sector as an environmental consultant specializing in project management, bio-inventories, and wetland restoration. He attended Auburn University for his Bachelor’s Degree in communications and received a Master’s Degree in biogeography and a graduate level certificate in natural resource management from Georgia State University.
