Bret Esslin- BIO PAGE

(A) Bret Esslin (State of Arizona) is a Water Resource Engineer for the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) with the Colorado River Management Section. He holds a Masters of Hydro Systems Engineering, a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Arizona State University. Bret has previously worked as an environmental consultant performing groundwater remediation system design and installation, sewer and storm drain assessment, and environmental permitting. In his capacity with ADWR, Bret works with Colorado River Operations and Planning, Binational Negotiations, and Environmental Compliance issues.
