Chris Budwig, Grand Canyon River Guides
Mr. Budwig is a member of the Grand Canyon Trout Unlimited Chapter. He is an avid fly fisherman with extensive fishing experience at Lees Ferry on the Colorado River. He received his Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Colorado State University in 1985, a Master’s Certificate from the American School for Malting and Brewing Science and Technology at the University of California, Davis in 1994, and a Ph.D. in Food Science at Technology from the University of California, Davis in 1994. He’s been employed as a research scientist, regulatory compliance specialist, assistant high school track coach, and served as the Board President for the Flagstaff Family Food Center and Food Bank from 2008-2013.
