Ms. Callister most recently served as the Director of the Regional and Disaster Support office located in the Federal Insurance & Mitigation Administration (with FEMA), in Washington, D.C. She has an extensive background in environmental and resources management, having served as the Deputy Director of FEMA's Office of Environmental Planning & Historic Preservation, and as an Environmental Protection Specialist with NASA. She previously worked at Dugway Proving Ground as the Environmental Research Coordinator. She has a Bachelor’s degree (1988) and a Master’s (1993) in Archaeology from Brigham Young University. She will bring a vast array of experience across Federal agencies, in the areas of Environmental Management, NEPA, NAGPRA, NHPA, and other areas of expertise.
