Lynn Jeka
Western Area Power Administration, Colorado River Storage Project Management Center
Lynn Jeka has been manager of the Colorado River Storage Project Management Center for Western Area Power Administration since January 2013. As the CRSP MC Manager, Jeka leads a diverse team of federal employees and contractors in marketing and delivering reliable, cost-based, federal hydropower to customers across the CRSP service territory. Previously, Jeka was the financial manager in Western's Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Western, Jeka served in financial roles with a variety of organizations including privately held corporations, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Energy, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.

Jeka is responsible for overseeing the management and execution of all power marketing activities for CRSP MC including the sale, purchase, wheeling, interchange and transmission of federal wholesale power in the six-state CRSP MC service area; the rate setting for these services; Basin Fund management; resource pre-scheduling and resource analysis functions delegated to the CRSP MC. Jeka also leads efforts in planning, coordinating and directing Western's involvement in support of ongoing research, environmental and management activities within the Colorado River upper and lower basins. She has a master's and bachelor's degrees in accounting from George Mason University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Government Financial Manager.
